This project delivered a culturally inspired, state-of-the-art hotel and conference center tailored for its remote northern Canadian location. To overcome local labour and resource limitations, fully furnished hotel rooms were prefabricated and shipped from Stack’s manufacturing facilities in Asia.

High energy efficiency was achieved through advanced building envelope systems, crucial for the region’s climate. The Bird-Stack partnership saved significant costs and time, delivering a sustainable, expandable facility with future renewable energy integration.
