This project delivered a modern correctional complex to improve safety and living conditions. Stack’s 80% modular build minimized on-site work, crucial for the challenging site environment and was critical given the aggressive project schedule. The design focused on security and transparency while integrating Indigenous community input for cultural inclusivity. A key benefit of this project was its reduced environmental impact compared to traditional site-built construction.
